Arcus Behavioral Health & Wellness is honored to collaborate with the KLEO Community Family Life Center to provide vital mental health services to refugees and unhoused individuals and families in Chicago. KLEO, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening families through education, public safety, health services, and economic development, shares our mission of empowering underserved communities.
This partnership builds on the expansion of a local shelter’s services to include all unhoused individuals. In support, Arcus is delivering tailored mental health programs, including a 10-week series for Latina migrants led by clinical intern Carlos Hernandez, as well as workshops on coping strategies, resilience, and trauma-informed care.
To support this collaboration, Arcus is pursuing funding opportunities, to ensure sustainable access to high-quality, trauma-sensitive mental health services.
We call on community members and partners to join us in this critical work. Together, we can address barriers to care and provide a lifeline to those in need. For more information or to support these efforts, contact Dr. Louis V. Haynes or consider donating today!
